The Clyde Muse Center, Pearl, MS
The Brain Injury Association and United Spinal Association of Mississippi is hosting the 3rd Annual NeuroTrauma Symposium. The theme for this year's event is "Empowering Resilience: Innovative Solutions in Neurotrauma Care". This all-day educational and networking event will focus on creative and forward-thinking approaches to neurological injury care.
The overall objective is to bring more people together with varied brain and spinal cord injury expertise to share their piece of the puzzle. Our goal is to create a neuro-related network of professionals that share and exchange information that result in new collaborations. This will ensure progress toward better diagnosis, treatment and long-term care for survivors.
The day will include morning and afternoon sessions, keynote speakers, interactive group presentations, exhibitors, and an opportunity to network with other like-minded individuals. Presenters and attendees will include scientists, healthcare professionals, advocates, educators, community and government leaders, survivors, and caregivers, all dedicated to the study of neurotrauma. Attendees can register to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for their specific discipline. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided to all attendees. Parking will be available at no extra cost.
